Ready to Take the Next Step?

Reaching out for support is a brave and meaningful decision. I’m here to make this first step feel as calm, clear, and welcoming as possible. If you’re feeling unsure or nervous, that’s completely okay as we can take this one small step at a time, together.

Start here: Request an appointment

The easiest way to get started is through my secure SimplePractice client portal. You can request an appointment time that works for you, and I’ll follow up personally to confirm and answer any initial questions.

If you prefer, you can also reach out with questions before requesting an appointment, and we’ll find a pace and plan that feels right for you.

Fully remote care

All services are offered via telehealth only. I do not provide in-person sessions. This means you can meet with me from the comfort of your own space, anywhere in the state where I’m licensed, as long as you have a private spot and a stable internet connection.

To ensure a safe and effective session, the following are required in addition to a private location with stable internet connection:

  • Must be located in Oklahoma (where I’m licensed) at the time of session
  • Must have working audio and video connections
  • If in a vehicle, it must be parked and only those participating in therapy may be present
  • Must be stationary (i.e. not traveling, walking around town, etc.)
  • Must be fully clothed
  • Must be sober

What to expect

What happens after I request an appointment?

Once you submit your appointment request through the client portal, I’ll review it and follow up by email as soon as I’m able. From there, we’ll schedule a brief, free consultation call so you can share a bit about what you’re looking for, ask any questions, and get a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit.

Do you accept insurance?

How do telehealth sessions work?

Therapy sessions are held via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform connected to my SimplePractice portal. Before each session, you’ll receive a link and simple instructions for joining from your computer, tablet, or phone. Many clients appreciate the flexibility and comfort of meeting from home while still having a dedicated space and time set aside for themselves.

We can schedule time to talk about your goals, questions, and what you’re hoping for in a supportive supervisory relationship.
