About Jennifer Baker, MS, LMFT-S

Welcome. I’m Jennifer Baker, LMFT-S, a fully remote licensed marriage and family therapist and clinical supervisor based in Lawton, Oklahoma, serving clients by telehealth throughout Oklahoma. I provide online therapy for individuals, couples, and families across Oklahoma, offering a space where you can show up exactly as you are without pressure to have it all figured out.

With over 13 years of experience, I specialize in attachment-focused therapy, trauma, and nervous system work. I’m trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and somatic approaches. I help clients understand how their nervous systems shape their relationships and lived experience, bringing a body-centered lens to relational conflict, attachment patterns, trauma recovery, and life transitions.

I also have a particular focus on treating mental health professionals. I understand the unique needs and dynamics of working with therapist-clients, and this background informs all of my clinical work through an emphasis on authenticity, pacing, and genuine safety.

I provide clinical supervision and consultation to LMFT Candidates working towards licensure, drawing on extensive experience in private practice, inpatient hospital, and community mental health settings, including work with veterans and military-connected families.
